DESIGN ENGINEER

We are looking for a service engineer for various Design &Development of Vacuum Furnaces in India.

TECHNICAL AND DOMAIN SKILLS

/ E(Degree) in Mechanical Engineering
/ Proficiency in CAD Design 2D & 3D on AutoCAD / Solid Works
/ Additional courses in CAD drafting – presentation of drawings etc
/ Understand equipment manufacturing and engineering design
/ Familiar with pressure vessel bearing, gears, fasteners, fits and tolerances etc
/ Knowledge of Furnace designing will be added advantage

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

/ Detail mechanical calculations (i.e., Total furnace operating power required, heat loss, vacuum pump selection, chillier/cooling capacity, water pump capacity, PHE capacity, heat exchanger details, quench fan & quench motor selection, transformer details, gas tank capacity, safety valve details, GIV-AIV details, furnace heater details, selection of thermocouple.)
/ Basic mechanical calculation & material selection.
/ Pressure Vessel Design & Calculation as per ASME Sec. VIII div. 1 standard. & CE standard.
/ Detail Design & drafting with detail BOM, Import BOM in ERP system.
/ Prepare Gas-Vacuum, Water & Pneumatic P&ID drawing & equipment details in excel.
/ Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QC & erection-commissioning team. Coordinate & meetings with client.
/ Prepare Costing BOM for new enquiry.
/ Software used: Solid works, AutoCAD, ERP, Excel etc.
