Poland, SECO/WARWICK Europe S.A. has started manufacturing small unit of the CaseMaster Evolution Vacuum furnace family for one of the major aviation manufacturers in China. SECO/WARWICK officials said they will have the furnace in place in the fourth quarter of 2013.
The CaseMaster Evolution®D6HV vacuum furnace dedicated for bright oil hardening purposes with high vacuum system is a double chamber furnace with heating chamber and oil quenching vestibule with an oil tank, comprising a gas quench feature above an oil level. The oil tank requires no pit. This furnace can meet most of all your changing application needs for a variety of materials and the design allows for very flexible use as a batch unit with either oil or inert gas quenching.
