UCM® 4D Quench® is modern alternative of press quenching, which will enable customers with gas quenchable materials to replace oil quenching with an environmentally friendly, cost effective technology. The solution eliminates the need for press quenching systems and the problems associated with their operation. This method saves money by eliminating the need for heat treatment fixtures and material logistics.
