Helium buffer tank with compressor unit and condensate separator
General information :
/ Manufacturer: SECO/WARWICK
/ Year of production: 2009
/ Location: Central Poland
/ Unit disconnected – no on-site testing possible
/ We offer technical assessment, relocation, and assembly of the unit at its final location within the E.U.
Purpose:
The buffer tank is intended for use in the installation of a heat treatment furnace operating at a permissible pressure of Ps=-1/25bar. The buffer tank operates at a pressure PS = -1/40 bar and a maximum temperature of 20/+80oC.
Compressed helium is an atmosphere used in furnaces for metals heat treatment. Gas released into the furnace under appropriate pressure, after displacing the air, protects the metal load against oxidation and decarburization of its surface at high temperatures. Compressed helium is a non-explosive atmosphere. The set includes a compressor unit manufactured by BAUER KOMPRESOREN and a helium condensate separator manufactured by KLEUSBERG Germany. 100l.
