Ensuring fact-based business decision making – that’s what it is. SECO/WARWICK has developed new functions inspired by our customer needs.
Tools are designed for specialists by specialists.
Advanced SECOLUTION functions facilitate the analysis of key decisions in the optimization of heat treatment process. Innovative solutions offered by SECO/WARWICK enable you to better understand, control and use the existing machine ecosystem for gaining a competitive edge.
This is how you can benefit from SECOLUTION support:
1. Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
This is a smart tool for detecting failures before they occur. CMMS is a custom-designed maintenance management system which capitalize on the solutions in Industry 4.0 and the Internet of Things (IoT), supported by an interactive calendar of scheduled technical inspection and service work. A computer-aided maintenance system minimizes unplanned production downtime and increases equipment availability.
2. Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).
OEE is software for monitoring and analyzing the most important measures of equipment utilization such as availability, performance, breakdown, repairs, maintenance, loading/unloading. Due to the advanced analysis and user-friendly graphic design of reports, the system enables effective equipment utilization and optimal downtime scheduling.
3. Optimizer.
The enhanced use of the machine ecosystem is facilitated by the optimization of batch queuing. Optimizer software monitors the timing of manufacturing recipes as well as the heat treatment process operation, automatically managing loading and unloading. The Optimizer lowers the cost of equipment utilization measurably by downtime reduction and maximizing production efficiency.
4. Energy Demand Management (EDM).
EDM is an advanced, distributed system of energy measurement dedicated for monitoring, controlling, reporting and energy consumption optimization. The energy demand management package supports more effective analysis as well as planning peak and temporary energy demand, minimalizing overall energy costs at the same time.
5. Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
MES, a manufacturing execution system takes a full advantage of the company’s entire IT capabilities, including the complete manufacturing process. Selected functionalities include:
a. real-time visualization and management of energy and manufacturing resources,
b. alerts and incidents displaying,
c. heat treating recipe management,
d. an access to past performance data on heat treating processes,
e. remote diagnostic and the data access via the Internet,
f. data back-up,
g. batch labelling with barcodes or QR systems,
h. remote incident alerts on phone or mailbox,
i. periodic and batch reports generating,
j. advanced data analytics.
You can create a competitive advantage in a mindful and responsible way
