Our flagship product – the FURNACE/PLUS portal - has won the prestigious BEST OF INDUSTRY 2024 - MM Poland Award in the Automation category!
The competition aimed to showcase interesting products from the industrial sector, characterized by innovation, modernity, competitiveness, high quality, and aesthetics. FURNACE/PLUS, a collection of tools for managing industrial equipment, perfectly met these criteria, and its qualities were recognized by the voters and the Competition Jury.
The FURNACE/PLUS platform is a modular service package from which the user can choose the most important ones for them.
The functions provided by the portal include:
- control and analysis of media consumption in production processes, supporting the energy efficiency of the device,
- data analysis for predictive maintenance of the device,
- management and control of device inspections – preventive maintenance,
- analysis of alarms and warnings,
- support system and direct service requests,
- management of production and device utilization – OEE performance indicators,
- production reporting from the device,
- central recipe management system for multiple devices,
- analysis of analog signals from the device.
This makes FURNACE/PLUS a unique device management center that allows for efficient use and cost optimization.
