SECO/WARWICK will deliver equipment to the Turkish company from the aviation industry, a JetCaster induction vacuum furnace for melting and obtaining castings using directional solidification, single crystal, and equiaxed structure methods, as well as crystallization using gas cooling. This innovative solution has been designed for the precise and demanding processes of manufacturing aviation components.

The ordered JetCaster VIM50 DS/SC/EQ furnace is a vacuum metallurgy furnace with a maximum load weight of 50 kg, which allows for melting and casting using various crystallization technologies, such as; directional solidification (DS), single crystal (SC) and equiaxed structure (EQ). Thanks to the innovative system of Engineered Gas Cooling (DGCC), the furnace significantly shortens the process time while ensuring the products’ highest quality.
