SECO/WARWICK will deliver a Vector® vacuum furnace to be used in the production of components for the aviation industry. This is SECO/WARWICK’s second collaboration with a global supplier of metal injection molded products.
An industry partner specializing in the production of heat exchangers purchased a semi-continuous furnace for controlled atmosphere aluminum brazing (CAB) from SECO/WARWICK to increase production capacity. The system is designed to increase the efficiency and quality of the heat exchangers with ribbed plate construction.
The company has already been operating Retech Vacuum Induction Melters (VIMs) at this location for several years. Pleased with their performance, they have added even more capacity with another VIM, similarly equipped.
