A major USA-based manufacturer is improving efficiency by retrofitting their mesh belt furnace originally commissioned by SECO/WARWICK nearly 20 years ago. The goal of the project is to increase productivity 40% by fully automating the material handling system that moves small forgings from the forge press into the furnace with minimal operator intervention.
SECO/WARWICK delivered its first in Germany Universal Batch CAB furnace that allows for brazing the variety of the aluminium heat exchangers, in horizontal as well as vertical position. Aurora has acquired the new technology exceeding competitors, ensuring modern technology of aluminum brazing with better process parameters, lower consumption and shorter process time.
SECO/WARWICK representative Thomas Kreuzaler, Managing Director SECO/WARWICK in Brazil, met with Andrzej Maria Braiter, the Polish Ambassador and Anna Jósefowicz, Third secretary – Economic Affairs, of the Polish Embassy in Brazil on the BCI AEROSPACE meetings in Sao Jose dos Campos in Brasil.
Ponar Wadowice S.A., a part of Ponar Silesia, signed a contract for the May 2016 delivery of a SECO/WARWICK CaseMaster Evolution (CME) low pressure carburizing (LPC) furnace, the first such furnace purchased by Ponar Wadowice.
SECO/WARWICK employees were certificated Siemens on the subject: programming and operation logic controllers passed with positive result.
