SECO/WARWICK’s Controlled Atmosphere Brazing (CAB) technology increases production capacity of the leading Indian manufacturer and supplier of OE for commercial vehicles, passenger vehicles and industrial products, Banco Products (I) LTD.
“CAB brazing is the preferred process for manufacturing aluminum heat exchangers in the automotive industry represented by Banco. We continue to evolve this technology to achieve greater equipment efficiency and faster cycle times while reducing capital expenses” commented Piotr Skarbinski, Global VP CAB & Aluminum Segment at SECO/WARWICK.
The history of collaboration with BANCO demonstrates SECO/WARWICK’s ability to deliver excellent service and technologies. The reliability offered by the company had significant impact on the purchase decision of Banco, as the Controlled Atmosphere Brazing Continuous Production Line was already the fourth order from Banco, and, so far, the largest. The CAB line that will be supplied by SECO/WARWICK is 81 meters long and is designed for a capacity of 400 pcs/hr production (Automotive Radiators) with high speed conveyor belt.
“Our experience of working with SECO/WARWICK in the past was extremely positive. We could achieve the quality and performance set from the installation resulting in our decision to go with them again for this new, the largest Controlled Atmosphere Brazing Continuous Production Line” said Mr. Yogesh Shah, Vice President, Engineering, Banco Products (I) LTD.
According to Mr. Sukanta Banerjee, Team Leader (Aluminum & CAB), SECO/WARWICK, “We are very pleased to continue the successful and well-established collaboration with Banco Products and support their expansion to serve the automotive industry with the latest technology. We offer a wide range of solutions for all types of industrial heat exchangers manufactured in long-run, medium-run or individual short run production. We take pride in the engineering expertise and our custom design equipment that enable our customers to perfect their specific processes. Due to the unique process benefits, the CAB line is rapidly finding new applications not only in automotive but also in power plant and HVAC manufacturing.”
