Here’s a fun fact: Did you know that in order to achieve the ideal texture, pączki needs to be fried at a precise temperature—around 180°C? This ensures that they stay light and fluffy on the inside, while getting a perfectly crispy golden crust on the outside. Making pączki is truly an art! 🎨
