Terms and Conditions of the Tour of the SECO/WARWICK S.A. Factory in Świebodzin

1. The Tour of the SECO/WARWICK S.A. Factory (hereinafter referred to as the “Tour”) is possible as part of the “Heat Treatment 4.0” Training Seminar conducted by SECO/WARWICK S.A., hereinafter referred to as the “Seminar”. Only participants of the Seminar may participate in the Tour. The opportunity to participate in the Tour is guaranteed for all Seminar participants.
2. Only persons aged 18 or above may participate in the Tour. Tour participants may be asked to present an identification document to confirm their identity and age.
3. The Tour is conducted in organised groups, on a route determined by the Organiser, SECO/WARWICK S.A. It is forbidden to leave the group without permission, to be in restricted areas, and to touch any equipment.
4. Every Seminar and Tour participant is obliged to familiarise themselves with these Terms and Conditions and to accept and comply with them.
5. Persons suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or narcotic drugs will be denied entry to the Factory.
6. It is forbidden to bring any animals, dangerous objects and chemicals, alcohol, or narcotic drugs to the Factory.
7. During the Tour, participants are obliged to comply with these Terms and Conditions, general rules of safety, including the rules of safety in force in SECO/WARWICK S.A., and the instructions of the SECO/WARWICK S.A. employee (the Tour guide). Participants must exercise great caution due to heavy traffic of vehicles, including lorries, forklifts, cargo moved with overhead cranes, and other vehicles in the Factory. Participants must exercise great caution when moving around equipment and machinery. In case of a fire alarm, participants must comply with the instructions of the SECO/WARWICK S.A. employee (the Tour guide).
8. In case any participant violates the rules of safety, the Tour may be suspended, and the violator, a specific group of Tour participants, or all Tour participants may be required to leave the premises of the Factory immediately.
9. It is strictly forbidden to take any photographs or record audio/video in any other way on the premises of SECO/WARWICK S.A. In case this prohibition is violated, the violator will be required to delete the photographs and/or recordings and to prove to the Tour guide that the photographs and/or recordings have been deleted permanently. Further legal action shall also be taken against this Tour participant.
10. During the Tour of the SECO/WARWICK S.A. Factory, it is forbidden to use any:
    1. cameras,
    2. voice recorders,
    3. video cameras,
    4. drones,
    5. other electronic devices for recording audio and/or video.
11. During the Tour, it is forbidden to smoke cigarettes (including electronic cigarettes) and to drink any alcoholic beverages.
12. During the Tour, the participants are obliged to respect the rules of personal etiquette and move close together in a well-organised group. It is impermissible to make loud noises, to disturb the order and activities in the Factory, or to act in any other way causing a threat to the life or health of any persons in the Factory. Any and all instructions of the Tour guide must be complied with.
13. Any person who fails to respect the rules of the Tour will be denied further participation in the Tour. Any person denied further participation in the Tour shall leave the premises of the Factory immediately.
14. Any and all information obtained during the Tour, technical data in particular, concerning any and all equipment manufactured by SECO/WARWICK, is confidential.
15. SECO/WARWICK is not liable for:
    1. any damage to or loss of any items left by the Tour participants in the Factory (including any valuables),
    2. any damage incurred by the Tour participants due to their non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions and the general rules of safety of SECO/WARWICK S.A.
