Nitrion Technology and SECO/WARWICK do Brasil sign a cooperation agreement to manufacture and market cold wall plasma nitriding equipment in South America
The Brazilian companies Nitrion Technology Ltda (Guamirim/SC) and SECO/WARWICK do Brasil Ltda (Jundiaí/SP) agreed in a cooperation for manufacturing and marketing of modern cold wall plasma nitriding installations for the South American market.
Installations for plasma nitriding with Nitrion®-technology
These modern installations for the eco-friendly plasma nitriding without ammonia will be offered “ SECO/WARWICK plasma nitriding installations with Nitrion®”-technology and will be manufactured by SECO/WARWICK do Brasil Ltda. with the technological support of Nitrion Technology Ltda.
Controls and Software
This partnership offers fort he customer deciding advantages:
- SECO/WARWICK do Brasil, formerly Engefor Ltda. and taken over by the SECO/WARWICK in 2013, has more than 30 years of experience in the manufacturing of complex and reliable heat treatment systems with more than 40 employees in a modern manufacturing site with own field service team and spare parts stock in South America
- Nitrion Technology Ltda has more than 30 years of experience in the German sister companies and bought by constant development the installation technology to perfection using the Nitrion®-cold wall plasma technology. This technology is used with success globally already and can be offered via this new sales channel to many potential new customers.
- Existing reference systems at the commercial heat treater for plasma nitriding Nitrion do Brasil Ltda (Guaramirim/SC) can be used for samples, test parts, pre-series production ans as backup solution for the South American continent.
- The SECO/WARWICK plasma nitriding installations with Nitrion®-technology will be manufactured in Brazil with national components and enable funding/financing by the FINAME/BNDES programs of the Brazilian government .
