US military firearms manufacturer located in the Western US will replace their outdated existing vacuum stress relieving furnace with a new vacuum retort furnace from SECO/VACUUM.

Retech, a division of SECO/WARWICK Group and a pioneer in advanced metallurgical equipment, proudly announces the procurement of a significant order for a state-of-the-art atomizer from a prominent multinational metals company.

SECO/WARWICK will deliver a custom-made VAB furnace for vacuum aluminum brazing. The VAB line will be utilized by the leader in heat and energy management to handle the production of approximately 2 million complex parts per year. The system will be installed in the Partner’s factory in the Czech Republic.

The acquisition of ReMelt Scientific by Retech, a division of SECO/WARWICK Group, marks a significant step in rounding out the SECO/WARWICK products and services portfolio. This strategic move enables both the vacuum and aluminum melting divisions to offer even more comprehensive process solutions upstream and downstream of the melting processes.

A major ship builder has purchased a vacuum furnace for the Additive Manufacturing Division at their new Manufacturing Center of Excellence.

SECO/WARWICK will deliver equipment to the Turkish company from the aviation industry, a JetCaster induction vacuum furnace for melting and obtaining castings using directional solidification, single crystal, and equiaxed structure methods, as well as crystallization using gas cooling. This innovative solution has been designed for the precise and demanding processes of manufacturing aviation components.

Three SECO/WARWICK solutions will be delivered to the Slovenian concern: a vacuum furnace with 15 bar high pressure gas hardening, and two nitriding furnaces with ZeroFlow® technology.
